Anyone on here doing Kayla BBG? I'm on week 9 and finding it's getting really tough
I'm trying to lose a lb a week at the moment, mfp has given me just short of 1300 cals a day which I thought was quite low, I'm 5.5" and weight 9st4. I can go with that but not sure if I'm meant to then eat my exercise cals, it seems pointless exercising to lose weight then eating back?
Does anyone out there count macros? I'm thinking of giving it a try but after researching it online I found it quite confusing. Just wondered if anyone had tried and had any success?
