Does anyone out there count macros? I'm thinking of giving it a try but after researching it online I found it quite confusing. Just wondered if anyone had tried and had any success?

Many of us count macros along side our calories. A common and easy method is to set protein to about .8 grams per pound of lean body mass, then let carbs and fat fall where they naturally do. That way we can play with the amount of carbs and fat to help find what helps keep us full.0

The computer counts them for me.
I eat a very low-fat diet, so fat is always low. I try to get my .8g/kg of body weight on protein, but I don't always make it. The carbs are really high.0 -
I like protein & fat so set my macros at 30/35/35. I didn't get enough fiber so I switched to 40/30/30. I get at least 1g of protein per lb of lean body weight.0

Shoot for 30-35% carbs max, 20-25% Protein, the rest as healthy fats!0
