Electrolytes.. is it important to replenish after working out.. how ?
I burn about 600 calories per day and I sweat a lot. My energy is pretty low and I've noticed after eating something salty my energy seems to be better. Do you all replenish your electrolytes after working out? If so what's the best way to do that? Don't really want to drink sugary/colored sports drinks.
