How many grams is considered "low carb"?

Wondering what is considered low and what is adequate. Not asking for keto diet, just wondering in general.

There seems to be a lot of varying opinions on what is low carb. Depending on your goals it could be anywhere from 50gms to 15Ogms. Maybe try 100gms see how you go, you can nudge up or down depending how you are faring.

Generally, 150 grams is considered the cut off point between low and moderate carb (probably because it falls exactly at 30% of the model 2000 calorie diet).

I'd say generally speaking, low carb is 100g or under, and keto is 50g or under2
