Food scale measurements
I've noticed that my food scale tends to give me smaller measurements than what I had been estimating with measuring cups. Does this sound right? I tested it's accuracy by weighing a nickel and it was correct. I'm just surprised that I was overestimating calories without it.

Fewer calorie transition period?
I just started counting calories a few days ago. I realized I was eating way too many calories a day, and have probably cut 1000 calories a day from what I had been eating

Calories and breastfeeding?
I've done some research, and I've read that you can burn anywhere from 250-850 calories while breastfeeding! That's such a big range.
