How long in between calorie raises?
So my weight loss is exceeding what I want and I need to slow it down, but I would prefer to not reverse course so hard I actually start gaining. So I am increasing calories, but how long to wait in between to really get a feel for if it's enough?

Totally off topic, 1st birthday pictures
Elise and Joseph turned 1 yesterday!! And to keep it slightly on topic, I figured out the calories for their cupcakes, WOW, who knew cupcakes could have that many calories, LOL!!! Over 450 for just one!!

Non scale victories in August!
I just had to share my accomplishment yesterday! I went out and in getting ready discovered that I fit into not just my super fat jeans, but 2 more pairs!! Yay for fitting into old favorites! Anyone else having victories that have nothing to do with the numbers on the scale?

Tell me this gets better!!
I am a veteran mom, but I have 10 week old twins and they are kicking my butt!!! How could you do this more than once?!?
