Hi, I've sen people use phrases like 'try to eat back 25-50 percent of the exercise calories. What does that mean? Thanks!
I am not sure I understand how MFP works, can anyone clarify for me? Based on my weight loss goal my daily calorie allotment is 1600. I exercise (strength and cardio) 7 days a week so depending on the exercise MFP gives me more calories say up to 1800 or 2000. Is that the amount of calories I can eat that day? I not losing…
