I have been drinking a TON of water of late (3 or 4 liter bottles per day...which is great since I use to hate it) How much water does your body retain???? Sorry if this is a stupid question ;-)
I have a problem and don't know how to stop. Many times I'll eat something (say if I'm craving Chinese food...that seems to be my trigger) Will eat a moderate amount....feel guilty then make my self throw it up...feel horrible for the rest of the day What should I do ???:-(
