I'm 5'8" am petite/small boned...144 lbs currently My goal is 130 to 135 I feel pretty good now ....just want to take off a bit more

I personally swear by the water flavouring that comes in a little squeeze bottle (my favorite is actually great value simply clear grape) It is clear ....you only need any few drops and it makes your water delicious! I don't enjoy drinking it plain...but now water is my beverage of choice!

Are you SURE you logged it correctly??? It's not like you ate dozen cinnamon buns and a dozen eggs It seems awfully high :-/

I've started drinking TONS of water since I found a flavor that I love:-) it's Walmart brand clear grape water enhancer (comes in a little container....just add a few squirts to your water bottle ) it's calorie free and makes H20 so much better!

I have always eaten anything that I wanted....within reason and within my calorie goal. Protein powder and other supplements (in my experience) taste HORRIBLE and have five million unnatural ingredients. Not worth it Imo. The gym is one of my favorite places to be...so I go four to five days per week. Not so much worried…

I LOVE weight training....I always do cardio as well but dont enjoy it nearly as much as lifting. Sometimes I have to slow myself down lol

I don't like Protein powders or bars at all....:-/ they have a weird minerally aftertaste that stays with you for hours. I'd rather eat real food lol

Within the next two weeks the mindset of announcing goals goes into overdrive. I have several friends who have had the same goal/ resolution for the last six years. I am supportive of anyone doing what they need to do to live a healthier life. Personally I don't announce anything.... I just do it

You know....I've been resistant to the idea of using a scale...but maybe I should. My diet is pretty good overall...but could be improved

No...I'm not using a structured program but I have my own routine. Have been working at it steadily since October I try to stay at or under 1750 calories per day

Just this morning I read an article in consumer reports about protein powders/ supplements. They are full of heavy metals and other ingredients that can be damaging....and it's better to get protein from natural sources. Look it up when you can...

For me it's much more difficult to work out after work. I'm exhausted amd have already checked out mentally. In the morning I'm motivated to push harder....and those endorphins and good feelings are with you all day

I have the opposite problem! I HATE the texture of oatmeal....but I'm trying to convince myself to keep trying because it's so good for you. There has to be a good recipe somewhere!
