I have been drinking a TON of water of late (3 or 4 liter bottles per day...which is great since I use to hate it)
How much water does your body retain????
Sorry if this is a stupid question ;-)

Everyone's body will retain an different amount of water due to hormones, muscle strain, the food in our bodies, our environmental conditions, and our hydration level.0

Actually the key to NOT retaining water is drink a lot of water which will help maintain a isotonic body state. You're body will retain water based on hypotonic or hypertonic state of the your interstitial fluids of your body.0
