So far I'm smashing my calorie goals and mostly able to stay below the daily recommendation of fat, sugar and carbs but my vitamin A and C is waaaaay over today and it's all come from one home made salad I had for lunch. Too little?
Sorry, might be long! 10 months ago I gave birth. During my pregnancy I gained a massive 4 stone! I was classed as underweight before getting pregnant, ranging from 7.5lbs to 8st.
