Keeping going when it feels like you are stuck
I've lost 30lbs of the 70lbs I want to lose but I'm losing momentum, how do you keep it going? I only lost 1lb last week because I'm starting to fall into bad habits and I only ran once last week instead of three times. I need some guidance on how to pick myself up again please?

Doing it the wrong way, trying to change.
Over the past two months I was losing weight not eating properly (600 cals a day) and running but I quickly realised I need fuel for exercise so I've been sticking to 1200 or a little under and I've lost nothing in two weeks. Overwhelmed by how much I have to lose
I'm trying to take it one day at a time and focus on smaller goals but it's hard not to feel overwhelmed by the task ahead. I've lost 18lbs so far with around 60 still to go.

How to keep motivated with a lot to lose.
I'm just beginning to try to lose weight again. Usually I get disheartened after a week or so because I have 65lbs to lose and 0.5-1lb per week feels like slow progress. This time I'm determined to keep going no matter how slow the progress. How do you stay motivated at the beginning?
