Doing it the wrong way, trying to change.

Over the past two months I was losing weight not eating properly (600 cals a day) and running but I quickly realised I need fuel for exercise so I've been sticking to 1200 or a little under and I've lost nothing in two weeks. I run for 30 mins every other day so nothing too extreme. How long for my body to readjust do you think please? I'm keen to lose weight again but I want to be healthy too.

I think you should talk to your doctor if you've got tendencies to disordered eating. Best of luck!0
