I’m 5’5 and 127 pounds. I have around 27 percent body fat. how much protein should i be having a day to hold onto as much muscle as possible and just lose fat? I’m trying to lose 1.5 pounds a week, stopping at 121 pounds,

sleep aid while fasting?
I’m starting intermittent fasting, eat period from 12pm-8pm. I usually take an over the counter blue gel sleep aid around 10 or 11. Will this interrupt my fasting? or will it not do anything. thank you!

How long until i have to reduce calories more?
When in a calorie defict, how many weeks until your metabolism catches up and you stop losing weight? If i was in a 1000 daily calorie deficit (still eating 1500 calories a day), how long until my body adapts?

How accurate is an apple watch for calories?
I have an apple watch gen 3 and it said today i burned 300 calories from my workout. Should i take it seriously or just with a grain of salt? I am trying to eat back my calories so i’m not in too much of a defict but i don’t want to eat it back if it’s not actually that much. Thank you!:)

Is 13 pounds in one month noticeable?
One of my favorite youtuber just posted a video on how she lost 13 pounds in one month. She didn’t show a lot of before and after pictures and i’m wondering if it would even be noticeable on my 5’6 125 pound frame. do you think it would just be water weight too?

Sodium & fat loss
In this diet i’ll be starting after my “bulk” so to say, I realized I’ll be consuming more sodium than I do now. I usually have around 1500 mg of sodium & my new diet will have around 2000 mg. Will I even be able to see my fat loss when i’m holding more water with this sodium?
