I work usually around 6-9 hours a day, 5 days a week. It is SO hard not to give in to their stupid frappes. Problem with grainy coconut flour?
Every time I try to bake with coconut flour, it comes out super grainy in my mouth. What could I do to fix it? Should I try running it through a food processor? I know I'm adding enough liquid, I even increased the amount to more than what the recipe said and it didn't do anything.
