Anyone integrating MFP with FITBIT? Does it work well?
Anyone here interested in endurance? Trekking? Climbing?
I workout 2 hours per day. Combination strength training and cardio. My goal is to lose last 10-12 lbs, lean up and increase strength and endurance for a technical mountain expedition in Sept/16. Should I be including my exercise calories in my total calorie count? My goal is 30-30-40 (protein-fat-carbs).
What is your favorite high protein smoothie? Looking for new ideas.
