Too much protein bars?
Hey I'm on a caloric deficit to lose weight and about 30% of my daily calorie intake comes from Whey protein (shakes) and protein bars. Do you guys think it's unhealthy? I try to eat my protein mostly from "actual meat" (chicken breast, tuna, beef, etc) but I find it hard to eat big portions of meat. What's your thoughts…

Holidays leftovers temptations :(
Hi everybody! I have been on this diet since september 2015 and it's going well. But now that Christmas passed there is a looot of leftovers at home (a lot of high carbs/high fat yummy food that Im trying to avoid). How do you manage to not eat those leftovers? I don't want to succumb to my temptations!! I need help!!
