If I go out it is because it's my "cheat meal" and I don't count calories. I just enjoy it. Food is really important. Start by incorporating fruits/vegetables in your diet while getting rid of "junk food". If you want to lose weight you want to be in a caloric deficit. For videos there is plenty of fitness "gurus" on youtube that you can follow. Just type workout on youtube and explore :)

Tuna can mixed with a light dressing (something low fat) and/or mustard if you want. You can make a sandwich with it or just eat it like that. High in protein!

Tell your co-workers about you goals! They can help you resist those temptations. Tell them to remind you about your goals if you are about to eat something unhealthy! ;) And also bringing your own healthy snacks can help!
