I am currently unhappy about my weight and im going away in September, I want to lose as much weight as possible can anyone suggest any good exercise videos and food?

    Put your stats in the app and apply your loss goal. Eat at the amount it tells you. Measure your food and don't overestimate your excersise calories. You'll lose weight.

    Food is really important. Start by incorporating fruits/vegetables in your diet while getting rid of "junk food". If you want to lose weight you want to be in a caloric deficit. For videos there is plenty of fitness "gurus" on youtube that you can follow. Just type workout on youtube and explore :)
