Im struggling to not eat late at night ...im usually hungriest between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. any suggestions for low cal snacks late night?

Question im not on weight watchers but i read on there site that putting parsley in your water speeds metabolism anyone have a thought on this , since my thyroid is low do to a hypo thyroid condition that is not managed well i could use any boost in metabolism just want to know if this is true
