Why are my scales not budging :-(
Quick question, how long did it take for you to see results and a difference in the number on the scales? I'm doing 4 hours a week at the least of half and half strength and cardio training and the scales aren't budging. Clean eating diet recipes please!!
Does anyone else find that if they eat processed food it just makes them feel yuck and not too good. Since clean eating I have been feeling absolutely awesome but if I go anywhere near processed foods my body doesn't seem to handle it. Any good clean recipes out there?

Protein stomach upset
does anyone else find after a protein shake their tummy is gurgly and they need to go to the bathroom an hour later because of loose bowels? Trying to find a way around it, I don't usually drink milk. I generally eat lactose free
