hi guys in my third day into yoga, I am so sore! Does the pain get any better? I feel it's a great stress reliever :-)

You do get more acclimated to the movements. But if you are very sore, IMO you could be overdoing your reach in the various positions. Be gentle on your body. You don't have to be as good as the instructor!0

pain or ache
pain stop, ache might be normal and take rest days and go at it slow
i generally recommend going to a few classes, either hatha or beginners so you can learn alignment. alignment is essential to avoid injury.0 -
Not enough pain I would ever notice. Take your time and breath and let it come to you.0

The pain does get better. It should go away in a few days. Glad you're enjoying yoga! Don't push yourself into poses if you feel too much pain from it0

What they said
But it gets much better once your muscles get used to stretching and some of the strength moves. Keep it up! The best part comes after you get into it for a few weeks.
