Help w Calories Burned Lifting
I'm pretty lost on how many calories I burn working out. Anyone know of a good resource that calculates it? My workout this afternoon was as follows: 4 sets bench (20 at 150 lb, 20 at 160, 12 at 170, 7 at 180) 3 sets incline bench (20 at 130, 15 at 140, 7 at 150) 4 sets of 40 crunches (on a crunch machine) 2 sets of 20…
