Help w Calories Burned Lifting

I'm pretty lost on how many calories I burn working out. Anyone know of a good resource that calculates it?
My workout this afternoon was as follows:
4 sets bench (20 at 150 lb, 20 at 160, 12 at 170, 7 at 180)
3 sets incline bench (20 at 130, 15 at 140, 7 at 150)
4 sets of 40 crunches (on a crunch machine)
2 sets of 20 butterfly free weights 20 lb per hand.
2 sets of 20 pull downs at 130 lbs
I have my office gym to myself so it moves fast. This took 20 minutes.

Under the Cardio side, you can log 'strength training'. It doesn't give you much, though. I get about 175 calories for 45 minutes.1

Yeah, from what I've read the faster you work (no down time) the more calories you burn. Weight and different exercises also impact it. I've been logging 150 burned, but have no idea.0
