Self sabatoging
Well I’ve been at this for about 3 months now and was doing well - a slow and steady drop from 215 to 200 lbs and on my way to 145. The problem: every time the scale reaches 200 ( 3 times now), I start doing what I know I shouldn’t... a glass of wine here a couple of cookies or five, continuing to eat beyond my daily goal.…

1500 calories, 5'10" 200 lbs... will I lose weight?
I'm truly confused and hope someone can help. MFP says I should be eating 1200 calories a day to lose weight ( I'm a 54 yr old female), but that seems low. Is there a more accurate way to figure out how many calories I should eat each day?

Hints to increase fibre on low carb diet
does anyone have suggestions on how to boost fibre on a low carb diet? Im eating berries and chia at breakfast and lots of veg at noon and for dinner, but I still come up short on the fibre....

hi there. Can it be done...50 lbs in 5 months? I'm going to do my best. Want to join me on this journey?
