New week - target?
Week 3 (for me)... My target continues to be eat healthy, keep the steps up and get back on the bike - snow/ice has stopped me on the last week! Only 3 months till my first big cycle of the Year - Etape Loch Ness (67mile cycle around Loch Ness). What is everyone else's plans?

Hello! So how many of you folks use a step tracker like a fitbit or Jawbone etc? I got my Fitbit Charge HR during the week and I am fixated with steps now... The way you can link with friends and challenge them us a great motivator! The only thing I'm trying to get used to is where to log the activity. If u log it in MFP…

Evening all, I've been on My fitness pal for a while, but haven't used it as much recently. I lost almost 3 stone preparing for a London to Paris charity cycle last year... Sadly when I came back I relaxed a little too much!!!
