Is it true that the weight will stay off longer if you lose it slower? I started at 140 and am at 133 now and have been calorie counting for 4 days. I'm assuming some of that is water weight. I am doing the Hungry Girl Diet and it's really low sodium. I don't know for sure what my goal weight is because I don't understand…

Pedometer
Any recommendations or things to avoid in a pedometer? Do I just pick one up at the grocery? I'm not going the fitbit route for a few reasons. Just looking for something simple that shows steps and hopefully calories on the actual device, without connecting it to my phone.
