I am 230lbs & I am 5'4. I just had my 3rd child. I just started going to the gym this Monday 1/4/16 & I have been going every since. I want to workout Monday - Friday& rest on the weekends, is that good? I need suggestions on meal preps, workouts, snacks 50 cal or lower, & gear that make you sweat even harder.
