Doesn't eating back exercise calories contradict CICO?
So everyone on MFP says to eat back exercise calories, and they also say calories in calories out (CICO) is the only thing that works. If you eat back your exercise calories, doesn't that mean you're decreasing the amount of calories out? I'm just confused how that works, because I don't eat back my exercise calories but…

I've only had around 850 calories today but I eat 1200 everyday (and yes I do weigh all my food with a food scale and I choose the correct entries, definitely 850). My question is on days like today where I'm not really hungry, should I force myself to eat 1200 calories or not?

Are BMI's accurate?
I'm 5'4 and 154 pounds. According to my BMI, I'm overweight but I don't look overweight at all so I'm confused, is it accurate? I don't think it's muscle because I don't do anything that would really give me a lot of muscle. And how many calories should I be eating? I'm not sure how much weight I want to lose, just enough…
