What are "net" calories?
I take 1220 cal in food today, subtract 1K in exercise calories... and arrive at 220 Net calories. wtf does that even mean? How is it relevant or important? Shouldn't it say 1300 Cal + 1000 (exercise) = 2300 (goal) - 1220 (food) = 1080 (togo) ...or something similar.
