I have hypothyroidism and I just found out I am 10 weeks pregnant. I had a miscarriage last year at around 6 weeks. I heard usually if you make it past 8 weeks it's rare to miscarry. Is this true with hypothyroidism people though? Anyone have successful pregnancies or have any tips?
I have tried all types of exercises from Zumba, Pilates, p90x, insanity, biking etc. You name it and the quickest and almost only way I lose weight and drop inches is by running. I put just as much effort in all the exercises. Is this normal?

Anyone have a way of making a breakfast with healthy carbs. I'm trying to cut out bread, rice, etc as much as possible. Protein does not help me full like carbs do.
It has been a month since I have cut out ALL gluten along with unhealthy sugars. I lost about 6lbs in two weeks but the last two weeks the scale hasn't budged. Not even an ounce.
Has anyone tried Gerson therapy that has helped thyroid or any type of autoimmune system? Or maybe tried it in general?
