My fitbit isn't syncing with MFP today. Anyone else having an issue?
I've lost 17 lbs so far and I have 25 more to go. I'm losing at a rate overall of 1.65 lbs per week. My goal is set at 1 lb per week. I've read on here that at some point it is recommended to change your weight loss goal to .5 lb per week. Does anyone know when that is? I don't want to lose too quickly.
Just to clarify, when people on here say they're banking calories they're referring to their "net" under calories for the week, right?

Hey. I've read the faq, but I'm not sure I'm clear on this. My charge hr seems to be syncing well with MFP. I did 50 mins on the recumbent bike today. I did go into "exercise mode" on my fitbit while I was on the bike. Since this is a non step exercise, don't I need to manually log my exercise calories into mfp for this?
I want to buy a Fitbit Flex, but I'm not sure if it will sync up with MFP. Any Fitbit Flex users have any information?
