I've been using my charge hr synced with my fitnesspal since February. I've been losing consistently and have no issues.

Mine seems very accurate as well. The charge hr is definitely adequate for me.

I have my activity level as sedentary because I work a desk job

I usually do eat back my calories. This week I lost 2.8 lbs and last week 2.4, but the 2 weeks before that nothing. My overall average since starting My Fitnesspal in January is 1.65 lbs per week.

Answering the op's question, I joined in January when PF opened in my area. I just got the $10 monthly membership. I'm sure since it's a franchise locations will vary, but I've been happy with my experience. The gym is always clean and there is a variety of equipment. I've had a good experience, and the price is great.

I work out there and have never seen any physically fit people being discriminated against. I'm simply saying if you don't like them you don't have to spend your money there.

Hey everyone. I lost 2.4 lbs this week. My overall average is 1.48 lbs loss per week.

My steps are syncing, but they are delayed/slow. I am starting to wonder if I should just start logging my food and everything into Fitbit and give up MFP.

On the days I exercise I just "listen" to my body. If I'm hungry I eat my exercise calories.

Sw: 187 Cw:175 Gw: 145 I'm 5'5. Once I hit my goal weight I may go a little lower depending on how I look and feel.

I should have been more clear. I changed to .5 this morning after I weighed. The 1200 calories on 2 lbs per week seemed like too little.

I'm able to fit into jeans that I hadn't before. I'll just be patient. I'm taking my 8 year old rollerskating this morning...that should earn me some exercise calories....and be embarrassing!
