Eating healthily, limiting calorie intake and exercising 3 days a week but gained weight?!
I've been dieting for a few weeks now working out at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes (cardio and strength) I can see my body is toning up a bit which is good but I'm not losing any weight I've either stayed exactly the same or gained a pound :( anyone have any tips or ideas?

This may seem a little weird haha but this is how I get through some intense workout ... I imagine the amazing beach body I know I can achieve if I work hard enough. Do counting calories matter?
When people go on diets is it better to count exactly how many calories you consume every day? ✌️
