But on the more serious note, I think when I was aching that much your bodies trying to tell you that you need to take it easy. So I just had a rest day and told myself I'd work harder the following day hasn't impacted on the results I've been getting at all!

Yeah I'm 18 haha and I meant that some people may have a part of their body they'd love to change or improve on which is good in a way as it gives a reason to exersice or just simply to become healthier and feel better about ourself...
