I've just started exersicing again trying to lose those extra pounds with T25 it's killing me but it's really effective

I've just started T25 and could hardly walk after 3 days, I had to stop for a few days. Were you the same?0

But on the more serious note, I think when I was aching that much your bodies trying to tell you that you need to take it easy. So I just had a rest day and told myself I'd work harder the following day hasn't impacted on the results I've been getting at all!0

I've done 3 rounds of T25 and love it! Good luck on your journey!0

The best advice I can give those of you just starting out on T25 is to stretch your calves/shins. The cooldown doesn't address those, but it was ALWAYS where I was sore in the beginning! It gets better with time, keep it up!0
