Hey ya'all I would love to lose 60 lbs. I'll take 30 first. I was doing so good until two deaths hit me in my life. Before I was so cautious with my weight and working out all the time. Now it's like I eat what I want. For the most part I eat very healthy. It's the portion control that kills it. Need motivation and countability!!!!! Blessings! Doing a doTERRA detox and I'm on day 6 out of 14 and have lost 5.4 lbs so far. Need to add in more exercise and Calen it countability friends in my life. I'm a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend!0

I'm also 5'9''. I've been up to 150lbs, it happens to most of us when we discover dining court food in college. Over the past year I've been working on improving myself and I'm down to 130lbs. Hi, I'm Lyn. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 156lbs (71kg). My aim is to drop 4kg and go down to 18% Body Fat by 16 March (yep, you guessed it, I go on holiday, but mostly it's a definitive date I can aim for).
I need to lose 1/2 kg and 1% Body Fat per week over 7-8 weeks to hit my goal.
I need a buddy that would like to be a bit competitive about it, with a weekly weigh-in so we can see if we're still on target.

Hello to all. I'm 61 and started back to getting active at 257 pounds. I managed to get down to 235 prior to December. I put back 10 to 245. Struggling to head back down in weight, now 240. It's a big difference going to the club instead of riding and walking outside. So still have to drop another 20 to get to my initial goal. Feel free to friend me and kick my butt back in gear..0

Hey all! I have 20ish to get rid of (someone said on here that is the better term since losing something implies it might be found again!
