I did Tabata on Monday and I am more sore than I have ever been. I discovered there are many muscles that don't get worked when I run! Should I wait until the soreness subsides to work out, or should I try my best to press through the soreness?
I'm a runner and recently added strength training to my exercise regimen. My Fitness Pal calculates calories burned for my runs, but doesn't do that for the strength training. How do I know how many calories I've burned so that I can eat appropriately?
