Tabata question

I did Tabata on Monday and I am more sore than I have ever been. I discovered there are many muscles that don't get worked when I run! Should I wait until the soreness subsides to work out, or should I try my best to press through the soreness?

Foam roll your legs, wait a day, and back at it you go. :)

Unless the soreness severely compromises your form, you can probably work through it. The damage is done and doing a moderate workout isn't going to do any more.

I say take a pain reliever if it's bad and continue your routine if it's just your normal muscle soreness and not an actual injury. Your body will adjust. Just drink a lot of water, maybe take an Epsom salt soak. DOMS are a normal part of exercise.

Was in your shoes last week. But I took an Epson salt bath and press thru. This week no soreness at all. Hope it gets better for you.

I drink Mike's a recovery immediately after workouts. No soreness. It's great.

DOMS usually gets better a bit faster if you do a light workout rather than just wait for it to go away.
