I started with MFP yesterday. Yesterday I walked just over 10,000 steps (iPhone Steps) and it rewarded me with 465 Calories (Which I did not use). This seems like a lot of calories for walking just over 4 miles doesn't it ? Also, should I really use these "exercise" calories ? I will pretty much walk 10,000 steps most days…
