Lost nearly 3 stone on Weight Watchers in 2012 and maintained pretty much until about 12 months ago then put on 10lbs due to moving to a village with loads of great pubs and restaurants and no gym !!!
Anyway, I have decided (following a three week holiday and Christmas), to get in shape again. Joined the gym, ditched the Weight Watchers app as they have mucked about with points again and decided to use MFP at the suggestion of a friend.
I am a young 45 year old Grandad weighing in at 13st 12lb. When I started on my fitness plan in 2012 I was 15st 12lbs and at my lowest got down to 13st 2lb and maintained that pretty much for 2 years. Aiming to get down to 12st 7lb if possible but would be happy around 13st.
following a 1500 Calories a day My Fitness Pal plan at present (started yesterday) with a sedantry job. Walk 3 - 4 miles a day and have just rejoined gym aiming for 3-4 45-60min workouts per week.
