Feeling Tired
Hi All, Looking for advice. I am working towards weight loss and fitness improvement. I was 14st 7lb and now weigh 12st 9lb (Sep - January). I eat around 2000 calories a day and work out most days say 6 out of 7. Normally do 20 mins running and 20 mins rowing or 40 mins of some sort of cardio. In between that I do 30 mins…
