Bananas?
Does anyone eat bananas on days they're more active? I know they're higer in carbs and sugars, but they have a lot of health benefits. Just interested in anyone's experience with them - if they negatively affect your weight loss - only 7 more lbs till goal so not much room for error.

Input on goal weight
I started out at 240 last March, I am currently 160 and 5 ft 4 in. According to BMI, 145 is the max for the "normal weight" category. My doctor said the 150-155 range would work well for me.
