Increased BMR when gaining strength

Estimating calories eating out
I'm going out for a meal tomorrow after an exam but how do I estimate my calories to put in mfp? I've been doing it for 10 days and have been good at tracking and eating under so far so I don't want to mess up so early in. I've lost 2 lbs of my 20 lbs so wants to keep going :) Thanks for any advice!
