Lose body fat on maintenence

Just today reached my goal of 155lbs (5' 7") after losing 21lbs. I calculated I'm on 22% body fat. If I keep doing Hiit (insanity max30) and eat at maintenence will my body fat gradually reduce?
I've been this weight before at the start of university but remember looking leaner! I have been down to 148 once when I was ill and It didn't look right so I don't think it's a weight thing. I plan to introduce weights again once my exams have finished but atm I'm just doing max30.

Yes your body reacts to the stimulus of exercise at maintenance. So if you exercise you will adapt over time.
Resistance training is the strongest stimulus and will give the fastest (but still not very fast!) body composition changes.
You could maybe add in some bodyweight strength training now until you get some more time? While watching TV for example.0
