Has anyone ever done or heard of the peanut butter diet? What is it exactly, does it work ?
Is it possible to lose 35 pounds by at least may or June? Of course long with some exercise and counting calories. Any tips? Advice or experiences ?
I am 22 years old. 5'5 and weigh 150lbs my goal is 115lbs. I have never been into fitness really to be honest and whenever I did try to pursue a diet I was very impatient and got discouraged. Just need some advice on how to be happy and successful in my diet!
