Sounds like my kind of diet. In for Reese's!

My version of the peanut butter diet would involve taking a break from the peanut butter to eat bacon.

The only peanut butter diet I know of wasn't anything healthy. I heard about it from figure skaters. You eat air popped popcorn (unlimited) and 2 TBSP of peanut butter a day.

Wouldn't recommend it, but I guess with unlimited popcorn it isn't exactly a VLCD.

I like peanut butter and all, but that's ridiculous. The only peanut butter diet anyone should do is incorporating peanut butter into their calories for the day. A calorie deficit is the only way someone loses weight, regardless of the diet they choose.

In for peanut butter... it sure sounds a lot more appealing than the cabbage soup diet!

But in all seriousness, yes, a "peanut butter diet" or any ("xyz diet") is completely unnecessary. And not my idea of a good time. Set a simple calorie deficit and you can have your cake and eat it too (and your peanut butter).

Pro-tip = anything called the "insert word here" diet is most likely a fad.

Ummm. I should stay far far away from that diet.

I'll just stick to calorie counting and fit peanut butter (and Reese's) into my daily goals.

The all avocado all day diet. Now, there's a good diet.
