Healthy-ish choices from the Chinese takeaway????
Friday night means cheat night :D I'm following a low carb/high protein/high fat diet and wondering what choices from the Chinese takeaway might fit with that! Obviously no rice or noodles but sauces wise I'm not too sure what to go for...... #hangry ;)

Is this an achievable goal??! I'm 27, 165cm and 55kgs. I just started going to the gym again in the last month, after 2 years off. Im doing Hiit cardio and weight training 4 times a week.
