My friends can write personal notes for their fitness pal friends. How can I do this?

Stuck in the cycle
Grr. I do one day well & then I ruin it the next day. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks. I hate it. I have friends who bring or buy snacks or meals to share & it's all unhealthy junk food. They know that I'm trying to lose weight but they still bring those foods to share. What do I do?

Day 2: Blow out
Yesterday was a disaster. But, I watched something on TV last night & it said not to feel guilty, otherwise it'll make you feel like comfort eating for feeling like crap. So today is day 3 & I'll get back on the band wagon & get back to monitoring my intake & do some exercise :)

Day 3 & day after blow out
Yesterday I had way over eaten my suggested intake. Today I've done really well. And I went for a brisk walk with my sister & a friend. I guess it's "just take one day at a time". Or even an hour at a time!

My clothes are too tight
I am refusing to buy new clothes in a larger size. That's why I'm here. I only need to lose about 8 kg, which can mean that it is harder to find the motivation to put the effort in. Anyone else out there who only needs to lose a little weight?
