How to write posts for your friends

My friends can write personal notes for their fitness pal friends. How can I do this?

    From the app, click on their names and select "Send a Message" button.

    That^^ sends a private message. If you want to post a note on someone's wall, then click on their name then when you get to their page click comment.

    But how does my friends posts get onto my home page?
